I am a powerhouse entrepreneur, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and transformational leader passionate about helping others evolve in health, business, and life. As the CEO of Evolve Total Health, I have helped thousands reclaim their confidence, with patients collectively losing over 10,000 pounds through my innovative weight management programs.

The visionary behind The SHIFT Xperience, an entrepreneurial event series that empowers leaders to shift their mindset, scale their impact, and connect with like-minded changemakers. I have also founded Dr. J Cares, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting underserved communities through outreach, education, and empowerment initiatives. In addition, I am the founder of Black Nurse Practitioners of Palm Beach County, an organization committed to uplifting the legacy and leadership of Black NPs.
